加热次数对复合橡胶沥青贮存稳定性能的影响研究

  要:为研究加热次数对复合橡胶沥青的贮存稳定性的影响,对橡胶沥青、SBS改性沥青和复合橡胶沥青,分别在第一、二、三次加热后进行离析试验,并结合离析管顶部与底部试样的荧光显微图,分析了三种沥青改性剂的分布情况。试验结果表明:随着加热次数的增加,橡胶沥青、SBS改性沥青和复合橡胶沥青的贮存稳定性均变差;加热次数对橡胶沥青和SBS改性沥青的贮存稳定性影响不明显;复合橡胶沥青随着加热次数的增加,无论是否添加稳定剂,均离析严重。

Effect of Heating Times on Storage Stability of Compound Rubber Asphalt

Abstract: In order to study the influence of heating times on the storage stability of composite rubber asphalt, segregation tests were carried out on rubber asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and composite rubber asphalt after first, second and third heating respectively. The distribution of three asphalt modifiers was analyzed by combining the fluorescence microscopy of the top and bottom samples of the segregation tube.The test results showed that the storage stability of rubber asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and composite rubber asphalt decreased with the increase of heating times; the influence of heating times on the storage stability of rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt was not obvious, the composite rubber asphalt separates with the increase of heating times, regardless of adding stabilizer or not, which was serious.
