胶粉脱硫对SBS复合橡胶沥青技术性能影响规律研究

  要:轮胎胶粉脱硫可解决其在沥青中难溶解的问题,并能够大幅缩短橡胶沥青生产周期、降低沥青的老化、节约生产成本、减少环境污染。本文通过双螺杆挤出机及脱硫剂进行脱硫再生胶粉的制备,研究螺杆挤出温度、石油树脂掺量、脱硫剂及脱硫胶粉含量对橡胶沥青中的胶粉颗粒粒径、溶胶含量影响规律,并对不同因素下的橡胶沥青技术性能进行研究。结果表明:螺杆挤出温度、石油树脂掺量均与脱硫胶粉溶胶含量呈正相关;螺杆挤出的脱硫胶粉溶胶含量较未脱硫胶粉含量提高41.4%;与未采用脱硫胶粉的橡胶沥青相比,采用脱硫胶粉的橡胶沥青B针入度提升100%、软化点及弹性恢复降低幅度均不超过20%,建议采用脱硫胶粉B进行橡胶沥青制备。

Abstract: Desulfurization can solve the problem that tire rubber powder is difficult to dissolve in asphalt, and greatly shorten the production cycle of modified asphalt, reduce the aging of asphalt, save production costs and reduce environmental pollution In this paper, the regenerated rubber powder for desulfurization was prepared by twin-screw extruder and desulfurizer The effects of screw extrusion temperature, petroleum resin content, desulfurizer and desulfurizer content on particle size and sol content of rubber asphalt were studied The technical properties of rubber asphalt under different factors were also studied The results showed that screw extrusion temperature and petroleum resin content were positively correlated with the sol content of desulfurized rubber powder; the sol content of desulfurized rubber powder extruded by screw was 41.4% higher than that of non-desulfurized rubber powder; compared with rubber asphalt without desulfurized rubber powder, the penetration of rubber asphalt B with desulfurized rubber powder increased by 100%, softening point and elastic recovery decreased by no more than 20%; Sulphur rubber powder B was used to prepare rubber asphalt.
