制备工艺对复合橡胶沥青常规技术性能影响研究

  :采用五种工艺制备了复合橡胶沥青,研究了不同制备工艺对复合橡胶沥青的技术性能影响规律。结果表明:螺杆挤出的胶粉热机械脱硫方法对复合橡胶沥青针入度的性能提高更显著;老化对化学脱硫胶粉制备的复合橡胶沥青延度无影响;220℃的沥青剪切温度对软化点、弹性恢复、135℃粘度及老化后延度有不利影响;综合复合橡胶沥青的技术性能,建议采用胶粉热机械脱硫及沥青剪切工艺制备复合橡胶沥青。

Study on the Influence of Preparation Process on the Technical Performance of Composite Rubber Asphalt

Abstract: Composite rubber asphalt was prepared by five processes, and the effects of different preparation processes on the technical properties of composite rubber asphalt were studied. The results showed that the screw extruded rubber powder thermomechanical desulfurization method improved the penetration performance of composite rubber asphalt more significantly; aging had no effect on the ductility of composite rubber asphalt prepared by chemical desulfurization rubber powder; the shear temperature of 220 ~C asphalt had adverse effect on softening point, elastic recovery, viscosity at 135 ~C and aging ductility; the comprehensive technical properties of composite rubber asphalt that composite rubber asphalt was the preferred, which  was prepared by powder thermal mechanical desulfurization and asphalt shearing process.
